Sports betting markets on pkr96 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. For cricket markets, this includes results declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or the relevant franchise competition authority for PSL markets. pkr96's decision on settlement is final subject to the right to re-settle any market following an official result correction.
A bet may be declared void by pkr96 in circumstances including: match abandonment or postponement beyond the applicable void rules; technical errors in odds or market creation; events not completed under the rules of the relevant sport; or bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded. Void bets are refunded to your pkr96 account balance in full.
pkr96 applies maximum single-transaction and daily winnings limits across its betting and casino products. pkr96 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or any other conduct that pkr96 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, pkr96 may permanently close the affected account. In such cases, any real-money balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation and may be forfeited where the account closure results from confirmed fraudulent or prohibited conduct.
You may request the closure of your pkr96 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending KYC review may be subject to a processing period before closure is finalised.
pkr96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
